What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, book a service or request a valuation we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever details you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, arrange test drives and servicing, and — where you have asked us to — to let you know when matching stock arrives. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

When you ask us to arrange financing we share the details necessary for a loan application with the partner bank you select, and only with that bank. BRTA registration requires sharing your documents with the relevant authority.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for three years. Sales and service records are kept for as long as required by Bangladeshi tax and consumer law.

Your choices

Write to sales@dautosbd.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it.
